3. You will not hold Naira FX liable for any loss, damage, or dispute resulting from any peer-to-peer engagement.
4. You are responsible for complying with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CFT), and tax obligations in any activity that results from user connections.

4. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naira FX Community, its owners, partners, affiliates, employees, and representatives against any loss, claim, liability, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your interactions or transactions with other users;
• Your breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• Any action or inaction by you within or outside the platform that relates to connections made through Naira FX.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Naira FX Community is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-posted data, opinions, or recommendations
• The behavior, intentions, credentials, or representations of other users
• Any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, resulting from connections made via this platform
• The outcome of any peer-to-peer arrangements or agreements between users

6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Amicable Resolution: Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the involved parties.
2. Mediation: If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to non-binding mediation with a mutually agreed mediator.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (CAP A18) Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

7. Platform Use

You agree not to use this platform for:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Impersonating another individual, entity, or organization
• Posting or transmitting content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
