A member should select a plan by comparing the tools and limits actually needed, not simply by choosing the highest label.

Start with your expected use. An occasional individual participant may need basic marketplace access and standard account-management tools. A frequent trader may value broader listing capacity, higher operational limits or enhanced workflow features. A verified business may need authorised client-account controls and clearer separation between its own settlement details and those of a client. Availability can still depend on verification level, account standing, location, transaction type and other platform safeguards.

Subscription status and verification status solve different problems. Subscription describes the service package associated with the account. Verification describes checks completed for the member and, where relevant, the business or receiving account. Paying for a plan cannot substitute for identity, phone, business, address or account-ownership review. Likewise, a highly verified member must still maintain an active plan where a particular feature requires one.

Before upgrading, review the displayed billing period, price, included features, renewal treatment and any usage limits. Keep the payment confirmation and check that the membership area reflects the intended plan. If a subscription appears active but a feature remains unavailable, first check its separate eligibility conditions. For example, client-account access may require both the correct plan and completed business verification.

Members should also understand cancellation and expiry. A plan ending should not erase completed trade records or verification history, but access to plan-specific tools may change. Existing obligations in open trades continue regardless of subscription status. Do not begin a transaction you cannot manage through completion merely because a plan is close to expiry.

The best plan is therefore the least expensive option that safely supports your genuine activity. Reassess it when your trading frequency, business status or operational needs change. For billing discrepancies, duplicate charges or unclear access, use the official support channel and provide the relevant subscription reference rather than posting payment details publicly.
