Trade safety is a process, not a promise. Use the platform record, verify each step yourself, and pause when a request does not match the agreed route.
Use the secure Trade Room
Keep trade messages, receipts, and delivery proof inside NairaFX. Do not move a live trade to WhatsApp, email, social media, or a personal phone call for payment instructions.
Never disclose secret credentials
NairaFX will not ask you to send an OTP, password, PIN, full card number, or banking login in a Trade Room. Treat every request for these details as unsafe.
Verify independently
Check your own bank or wallet directly before confirming. Do not confirm a bank credit based on an image, an edited receipt, or a notification that you cannot verify.
Report early, preserve evidence
If a counterparty changes details, pressures you, misses a protected step, or sends suspicious proof, use Report a Concern or the protected review route. Preserve the trade record and do not delete relevant messages.
