When a trade needs help

Disputes and Protected Review

A protected review is for a documented trade issue, not a shortcut for changing your mind. NairaFX Operations reviews the Trade Room record, submitted evidence, and the protected route.

When to request review

Request a protected refund review or open a trade dispute when a confirmed transfer has been made and the next protected step has not been completed, or when there is a material documented disagreement.

What to include

State the relevant facts, timing, and records. Attach genuine payment or delivery evidence through the Trade Room. Do not include passwords, OTPs, PINs, or full account numbers in notes.

How cases are handled

Authorised NairaFX officers can review the protected trade record, evidence, and relevant verified participant details. Some cases may be escalated through Operations, Compliance, and management based on risk or value.

Possible outcomes

A review may result in a documented resolution, an instruction to complete a protected step, account restrictions, or another action permitted by NairaFX rules. A review does not automatically guarantee a refund.
